Loved the location. The deluxe rooms are worth upgrading to, fantastic view. Food is good.

It's a real shame the hotel is rated 5 stars on bookings.com, it sets high expectations, I would give it excellent as a 4 star hotel. The food was lovely, the all inclusive drinks available are low quality beer, wine, coffee, juice and you are not able to order better quality drinks with breakfast or dinner without going to the bar or booking into the a la carte restaurant. We went to a couple of local restaurants to enjoy a more local experience and excellent quality. This is not a Spa hotel, it has a small Spa, I booked a 60 min facial treatment and was back in my hotel room after 45 mins, I went back to the Spa to query if I had received what I booked, I was told the clock has stopped in the treatment room!! And then offered me a complimentary 25 mins the next day, I was leaving and said I would be happy to just be refunded the difference, to which I was quoted the 24 hour refund policy and offered to go back into the treatment room, I declined as it was not the best facial I have experienced and went back to my room to wash off the face mask that was still on my face, really not a 5 star Spa!!

Best place to enjoy the sea view.

1. Really nice meals, sufficient variety. 2. Awesome view from almost any point in the hotel. This was the best part of this hotel. 3. I like the idea, that you could call yourself a small car to take you up the hill. I wasn't using it, but it could be great for older people. I just like the idea. 4. Beautiful private beach, very nice sea that was actually still pretty warm.

1. We were having superior double room. By the name, I would expect a small apartment. We just had a normal hotel room with queen size bed a couch. Nothing special... definitely not something I would describe as "superior double" 2. Small details... for example a broken tile in a showering corner, that was "repaired" by some sort of a paste by somebody whose focus details was similar to an ostrich. I mean the bathroom was fine, hotel was really a 5 star hotel. But this made the showering corner look like one on students dormitory.

Beautifully suited at the west side of Corfu and on the sunset side. Beautiful establishments and access to the sea.

There is an open air bar / Disco which play a very load music every night. The window's and doors sound isolation is very poor which make it impossible to sleep at night with such load music. So it is place for partying all night.

Seeking for October sun

View from the hotel was amazing. Both sea view and mountain view were stunning. Hotel was elegant, simple and clean.

Not easy to get to the room, just one small elevator seemed insufficient for all those crowds. A lot of climbing the stairs to the top floor back and forth. However, I would rather give this hotel 4* instead of 5*. That would be more accurate. Also hard to get a seat in the bars, underestimated number of tables and chairs.

Serene environment but needs a make over!

Our room was directly sea view in the 5th floor with an amazing view. Food was nice and had varieties. Staff were kind and friendly. They were really welcoming. They also gave me a birthday dinner voucher but I didn’t get to use it because they had Greek festival on my birthday and that particular restaurant that the voucher was for was closed on my birthday and I didn’t want to use the voucher before my birthday. But it was really sweet of them to do that. They also brought a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne to our room, it was really lovely. Outside the resort was so beautiful, but the corridors, rooms, some tiles, need a serious make over.

Elevator was wack and scary. We saw a space in the elevator and a rope that held the elevator close to the wall. Rooms looked old with a tiny Television, toilet had old stain but room was okay to stay. Corridor looked really old. The 5th floor we stayed had a smell on the corridor that seemed like it was from the cleaning agents and lacked ventilation. The floor was also leaking when it rained as there were towels on the floor due to leak, that didn’t seem cool. For dinner, they have this table serving drink policy, and twice they forgot to serve us drink while we almost finished our meal, when my partner asked on both occasions, they would say “my colleague is coming to serve you”. We would not find anyone coming to us till my partner would stand to go get the drink himself then they would eventually come around. The first time they did this, it seemed like it was on purpose because the lady served someone that came after we sat. The all inclusive drinks were limited compared to other all inclusive we have stayed, they asked us to pay when we asked for a Margarita drink as it was not part of the all inclusive. Fridge was empty which was weird for an all inclusive.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, great food, great beach, total paradise

Absolutely wonderful hotel complex, underrated, it deserves at least a 9.0. We were all inclusive, great meals and drinks, big clean modern rooms (room nr.: 6218), spectacular views and sunsets from our room.. great value for money!

The stuff, food, view and the pool was perfect!!

There was only 1 lift in every building, most of the time we waited for it. They did not clean once the floor of the room all the time we was there (4 nights).

The perfect location for a fantastic retreat, although it has some cons, it’s nonetheless a very nice resort.

The location is absolutely stunning. The staff and cleaners are wonderful, the food is good.

The beds aren’t very comfortable for a five star hotel, the Aircon wasn’t well maintained around the hotel grounds. The coffee is really poor.

Very pleasant place and relaxing stay. Will plan a longer stay next time.

I liked having a hotel right on the beach, it was quiet and a pleasant place to be. I also loved the saxophone night(with Peter). The staff, especially Agelikki and Alex at the restaurant were very pleasant and welcoming.

The place was very big - it took me a minute to find my way around - where the different restaurants where, how to get a beach towel and the elevators to my side of the hotel.

Stunning setting. Relaxing stay

The hotel's setting is spectacular. Set into the cliffs and stretching down the hillside to a private beach, you could not ask for more from the natural setting. The sunsets were gorgeous. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and a credit to the hotel.

Some areas of the hotel were a little tired and needed refreshment. The pathways around the site were steep and winding, uncomfortable for less able-bodied guests, and difficult for everyone, in parts. The half-board/all-inclusive food offer is sometimes confusing and could be organised better.
